Refund and Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any product you have bought from the UK Column Shop, you can return it for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • DVDs that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the next steps, depending on whether you have asked for a replacement or a refund.

If you ask for a refund and it is approved, then it will be processed straigght away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account. Please note that if you paid by credit card, it can take several days for refunds to appear on your statement.

If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us again.

Posting Returns

To return your item, you should post it to: Suite A2, Phoenix Mill Business Park, Plymouth, PL6 7PY

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable postage option. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
